Adult ADHD and Attention Test

This adult ADHD and attention test is written for adults aged 18 and above who want to reflect on their own attention, organisation and follow-through. You answer about yourself, not about anyone else.

The questions look at sustained attention, organisation and planning, task initiation and completion, time management, working memory, and impulse and activity regulation, across the past six months.

This test does not confirm ADHD and cannot rule it out. Where attention difficulties persist, appear in more than one area of life, or affect work, study, relationships or daily responsibilities, a professional assessment may be helpful.

This is a self-reflection tool, not a diagnosis. It does not confirm or rule out any condition and does not replace assessment by a qualified professional.
